Relaxing salt for feet
Studies have shown that feet soaked in Epsom salt pulls toxins from the body while reducing inflammation and body aches. Using foot soaks two to three times per week can improve athletes foot, sprains, muscles soreness and more. Seaweed powder will help retain skin’s moisture and will diminish dry chapping and cracking skin. Arnica oil is found to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be helpful for relieving muscle aches and pains. Remember to take the time to relax and soak your tired worn-out feet.
